Tool & Die Room

Eckmann offers complete in-house die design, building, and maintenance in our Tool Room. Highly trained professionals produce a wide assortment of quality tooling for stampings, fabrications, and pulleys. We can collaborate in your design to save you money. Eckmann specializes in deep-drawn stampings, including complex deep drawing of stainless steel.

The in-house capacity of stamping dies up to 500 tons. Quality is monitored closely for superior standards through every stage of production by our Quality Assurance Department. Eckmann also offers a wide range of finishing or "value-added" operations. We have in-house capabilities for drilling, tapping, spot welding, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to meet your requirements. Our manufacturing process results in quality, cost-effective components.
